Here we'll review the safety video, get equipped, and roll out for a 2-hour loop through historic ranch country. Oak‑canopied lanes start and finish at a Clydesdale & mini‑donkey farm where we hand‑feed treats and snap photos. A quiet country road climb lands us on a ridgeline picnic spot with postcard views of the snow‑capped Sierra. After snacks and stories about local wildlife, we swoop back to the starting area, memory cards full. E‑assist flattens every hill, so riders of all fitness levels can join.
